Maressa Waal

Maressa Waal MBA is an experienced operational executive currently serving as the Operationeel directeur and previously as Operationeel manager at Hoek en Blok since May 2022. Prior experience includes over nine years at Schakenbosch, a closed treatment center for youth, where Maressa held roles as Manager bedrijfsvoering and Facilitair Manager - Huisvesting - ICT. From October 2011 to July 2013, Maressa worked at Stichting Jeugdformaat as Leiddinggevende inkoop & contractbeheer, and prior to that, Maressa was an Accountmanager Hospitality and Projectmanager at ISS Nederland from July 2007 to October 2011. Maressa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, complemented by post-HBO certification in European Procurement and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from the same institution.
