Ilse Pennings has extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as a PR & Communicatie adviseur at HOEK since July 2007, a leading landscaping and green space company in the Netherlands. Additionally, Ilse supports various functions within the family business P. Pennings Bloembollenbedrijf since September 2006. Prior experience includes the role of marketing coordinator at MYLAPS from May 2004 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Policy, Communication & Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2004, and a VWO diploma from College Leeuwenhorst, obtained in 1998.
