Richard Kandel

Richard Kandel is a Partner at HOF Capital, a multi-stage venture capital firm with $1.4 billion in assets under management, since October 2023. Kandel has been involved as an investor in several technology companies, including Arctic Wolf, SentinelOne, Rubrik, Anaplan, Coupang, and Grab since 2018. Previously, Kandel founded Acclaro Capital, focusing on providing capital solutions to growth and late-stage private technology firms, serving as Principal from 2018 to 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at HQ Capital from 2015 to 2018 and as an Associate at Thomas Weisel Partners from 2010 to 2015. Kandel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
