Elisa Luxardo-Golitschek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and food industry, currently serving as the Director of the Chocolate Factory and previously holding several key Buying Director positions at HOFER Österreich since December 2009. Elisa's responsibilities have encompassed various segments, including confectionery, snacking, chilled convenience, and health and beauty products across multiple countries such as Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Hungary. With a strong background in international procurement processes, brand coordination, and SAP implementation, Elisa has also contributed to projects related to public health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
