Jana Wiedwald

Jana Wiedwald has work experience starting from 2014. Jana worked at Robert Bosch GmbH as a Praktikant and later as a Working Student from August 2014 to November 2015. Jana then worked at Bosch as a Bachelorandin in Technischer Vertrieb from March 2016 to August 2016. Jana joined ElringKlinger in March 2018 as a Masterandin in Sales Excellence for six months. Since January 2019, they have been working at hofer powertrain as a Quality Engineer in Zentrales Qualitätsmanagement. Jana currently holds the position of Head of Quality Management at hofer powertrain starting from January 2021.

Jana Wiedwald has a strong educational background in engineering and project management. Jana completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektro- und Informationstechnik at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung from 2012 to 2016. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Engineering in International Project Engineering at the same institution from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jana has obtained several certifications from TÜV Süd. In 2019, they became a Qualitätsmanagement-Beauftragter (QMB), and in the same year, they obtained the certification of Qualitätsmanagement-Auditorin (QMA). In 2020, they acquired the certifications of 1st and 2nd party-Auditor IATF 16949:2016 and TISAX Assessment. Jana also holds the qualification of Qualitätsmanagement-Fachkraft (QMF), which they acquired in 2019.
