Markus Schnabler has extensive work experience in various roles related to software management, application software development, vehicle motion controls, and function and software development engineering. Markus started their career at AVL as a Development Engineer from July 2007 to September 2010. Following that, they joined hofer powertrain and held positions such as Function and Software Development Engineer from October 2010 to December 2011, Head of Vehicle Motion Controls from January 2012 to July 2021, Manager Application Software Development from July 2021 to February 2023, and currently, they serve as the Head of Software Management & Processes from January 2023. Additionally, they have worked as a Parttime Lecturer at Fachhochschule Oberösterreich from March 2017 to February 2020 and currently serves as a Parttime Lecturer at FH OÖ Campus Wels | Fakultät für Technik & Angewandte Naturwissenschaften starting from February 2023.
Markus Schnabler obtained their Dipl.-Ing. degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Markus attended this university from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, they participated in a study visit at Universidad de Navarra - TECNUN from 2005 to 2006 to specialize in CAD, CAE, Oil Hydraulics, and Pneumatics. Markus Schnabler also holds a certification in OneNote 2016 Grundkurs, which was obtained in February 2023 through LinkedIn.
