Javier Gayá García-Manso has extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Javier is currently serving as the CFO & Corporate Director at HOFF since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at HOFF from April 2021 to April 2023, where they achieved significant revenue growth, expanded the number of stores, and increased the Ebitda.
Before joining HOFF, Javier worked as the Deputy CFO at PIKOLINOS and Martinelli from December 2019 to April 2021. Javier managed a revenue of 140M€ internationally in this role.
From January 2018 to December 2019, Javier held the position of CFO at Grupo Marjal, where they were responsible for diverse activities and 85M€ in revenues. Javier also served as a board member for the company.
Javier started their career at Deloitte España in September 2010, where they worked as a Finance Audit Manager until January 2018. Javier worked on audit projects for major companies in industries such as Consumer Business, Hospitality & Tourism, Transport, and Real Estate.
Additionally, Javier has experience as the CEO & Founder of Seventy Of A Kind (70OAK) from September 2014 to September 2017.
Javier Gayá García-Manso has a diverse education history. Javier obtained a Doble Licenciatura in Administration and Business Management, as well as Law (DADE) from the Universitat d'Alacant, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Javier further pursued a Master's degree in Audit and Management Development at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2010 to 2012.
In 2018, Javier enrolled in the Esade Executive Master in Management program for a year. The following year, they attended the Fundesem Business School to study Family Wealth Management and Gestion eficaz del patrimonio familiar.
Additionally, Javier has obtained several certifications. Javier received an Acreditacion SEC para trabajar bajo US GAAP from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in September 2015. Javier also holds a Título de Auditor del ROAC (Registro Oficial de Auditoría de Cuentas) issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Javier has also earned a First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not known.
