Derri Parsons

Derri Emerson currently serves as the QMS Regulatory Manager at Hoffer Plastics, a role held since August 2022, with previous experience as a Quality Engineer at Elgin Die Mold Co. and Flex. Derri's extensive background includes significant contributions to over 100 new product launches and engineering changes at Windsor Mold Group, Autoplas, where quality standards compliance and client approval were key responsibilities. Early career roles involved quality engineering for automotive seating at Woodbridge Foam Corporation and various quality engineering positions across multiple companies focused on program launches, problem-solving, and customer relations. Derri holds a BA in History from Michigan State University, completed between 1988 and 1993.
