John Lederer

John Lederer is an experienced maintenance professional with a career spanning over three decades in the plastics manufacturing industry. Since November 1997, John has served as Maintenance Manager at Hoffer Plastics, overseeing machinery repairs and maintenance. Prior to this role, John worked as Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Arrow Plastics Manufacturing from January 1984 to October 1997, focusing on the repair and maintenance of thermoplastic injection molding and continuous extrusion blowmolding machines. John holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics from Wilbur Wright College, and dual Associate of Applied Science degrees in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, and Welding Technology from Triton College.
