Christopher Kirchner is a Development Manager at Hoffman & Associates, overseeing horizontal development for Phase 2 of the Wharf since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Projects at JLL, where responsibilities encompassed budget tracking and compliance monitoring from April 2017 to October 2019. As a Senior Engineer with Thornton Tomasetti from February 2012 to March 2017, Christopher dealt with structural issues, designed weather mitigation strategies, and provided risk assessment services. Earlier roles included engineering positions focusing on earthquake-related structural assessments in New Zealand and internships involving structural system analysis and support services. Christopher also has management experience from working as an Assistant Manager at Cable Car City Pub and Café and holds a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Canterbury, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
