Lynn Tsao has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Research Associate at Apogee Research, Inc, where they analyzed the economic, financial, and environmental impacts of infrastructure projects. In 1996, they joined David Miller and Associates as a Project Manager, specializing in water resources. Here, they managed economic impact analyses and assessed clients' compliance with environmental policies. In 2000, Lynn transitioned to a role as a Senior Project Manager at Capital One until 2003. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Partner at RS Construction, designing and managing residential renovation projects. In 2011, Lynn became the Principal and Designer at Patina Studio, where they developed and delivered creative, functional designs for residential kitchen and bath projects. In 2013, they joined Urban Pace, serving as a Senior Sales Manager and leading sales and marketing initiatives for boutique condominiums in DC. Finally, Lynn is currently the Director of Sales at Hoffman & Associates, a role they have held since 2015.

Lynn Tsao completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychobiology at Lebanon Valley College, from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Resource Economics at the University of Rhode Island, from 1991 to 1993.
