Shelly Johnson

Shelly Johnson, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Hoffman Beverage Company since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shelly held various positions at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group from June 2021 to June 2023, including Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Additionally, Shelly worked at Cherry Bekaert LLP from January 2018 to June 2021, progressing from Staff Tax Accountant to Senior Tax Associate, and previously completed a Tax Internship there in mid-2016. Early in the career, Shelly was a Member Service Representative at TowneBank from May 2015 to June 2016. Shelly holds a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution (2012-2016), along with a High School Diploma from Nansemond Suffolk Academy (2008-2012).
