The Analysis and Coordination Team at Hoffman Structures, Inc. is responsible for compiling and analyzing project data to optimize operational efficiency. They ensure seamless integration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and provide vital business insights. The team also coordinates relocations and oversees Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline project workflows and enhance collaboration across various project stages.
