Carl Stroh

Carl Stroh serves as General Counsel at Hoffman Equipment since July 2021, bringing extensive legal and tax consulting experience to the role. Previously, Carl held the position of Senior Tax Consultant at WithumSmith+Brown from November 2013 to June 2021, and worked as a Freelance Attorney at the Law Office of Elliott J. Brown from March 2013 to November 2013. Earlier in Carl's career, Carl completed a Summer Associate position at Roemer Wallens Gold & Mineaux, LLP and gained valuable experience as a Statistics Intern with the Philadelphia 76ers. Additional roles include a Marketing Intern at WithumSmith+Brown and Assistant to the Sports Information Director at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Carl started the journey with a Public Relations Internship at the New York Knicks. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
