Wolf Peddinghaus

Wolf Peddinghaus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and financial management. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Business for Hoffman Estates Park District since December 2023, Wolf previously held the same title at Lake Bluff Park District from April 2022 to December 2023. Prior roles include Financial Operations Manager at Northwestern University and Management Analyst at the City of Evanston. As the founder and CEO of CondoTaxes and co-founder/CIO of CondoGrade, Wolf contributed significantly to the condominium real estate market by developing tools and analysis for evaluating condo associations. Wolf's educational background includes degrees in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MSc in Accounting from Roosevelt University, complemented by a General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
