Peggy Blackwell, MSL, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic people leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc. since February 2019, Peggy leads a comprehensive people strategy and oversees HR Centers of Excellence, collaborating closely with C-suite leadership. Prior to this role, Peggy held the position of Director of Human Resources and Information Technology at Heat Transfer Sales of the Carolinas, where significant advancements in HR functions and technology modernization were achieved. Peggy's career also includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Senn Dunn Insurance, where operations and client services were effectively managed, alongside a solid foundation in HR roles at Burlington Insurance Group and Serta Mattress. Educational credentials include a Master of Studies in Law focused on Business Law and Compliance from Wake Forest University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from Guilford Technical Community College.
