Joe Harvey

Joe Harvey is a seasoned construction and facilities management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Director of Project Management at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. since January 2023, Joe has previously held the position of Chief Facilities Officer at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Joe's background includes significant roles at Community First Credit Union, including Senior Vice President of Facilities and Vice President of Maintenance and Building Operations, and at the Kimberly Area School District as Director of Facilities Management and Safety. Joe began a robust career at Hoffman, LLC, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager and Construction Project Manager. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University, along with a Certification in Carpentry, and previously studied General Studies at Bay de Noc Community College.
