Phil Vandewettering

Phil VandeWettering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and recruitment within the engineering and technical staffing sectors. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Account Manager at Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc., Phil previously held the position of Engineering Services Account Manager at Actalent. Prior to this, Phil contributed to Aerotek in various roles, including Account Manager, Recruiter Lead, and Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on developing recruiting strategies and training new employees. Additional experience includes lead generation sales at JJ Keller and Associates and officiating intramural sports at UWSP, where leadership and teamwork skills were demonstrated. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
