Additionally, Emily held a similar role at City Sanitary Service from March 2014 to October 2017, focusing on client assistance and account management. In 2017, Emily also worked as a Customer Service Representative at PEAK Internet, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University between January 2020 and March 2022.
