Spencer Warnick

Spencer Warnick is a co-managing partner and experienced patent attorney at Hoffman Warnick LLC, where services include strategic IP counseling, patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution, and managing extensive patent portfolios. Spencer has a rich history of working with both startups to implement IP strategies and large corporate clients on high-volume patent matters. Prior experience includes positions at Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts as an associate, Oliff & Berridge as a patent agent, and the US Patent & Trademark Office as a primary patent examiner. Spencer holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
