Amber Cooley

Amber Cooley has over eight years of diverse experience in customer service and wildlife rehabilitation. Currently, Amber serves as an Appliance Administrator at Hoffmann Brothers, having held multiple roles including Electric & Appliance Coordinator, Service Dispatcher, and Customer Experience Coordinator since November 2016. Previous positions include Wildlife Rehabilitation Intern at Wildlife Rescue Center, Program and Tour Specialist at The Gentle Barn Foundation, and Service Dispatcher at Wireless USA. Amber began a professional journey in retail management as a Store Manager at Claire's and Assistant Store Manager at rue21. Academic achievements include a Master of Marine Biology in progress at Unity Environmental University, a Bachelor of Animal Health & Behavior, and an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies.
