Kai Zimmermann has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kai started their career at BBBank eG in 2009 where they completed their training as a bank clerk with an additional qualification in finance. In 2011, they joined Hoffmann Group as a Corporate Student and worked their way up to becoming a Product Manager for Hand Tools. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Product Management Hand Tools and later became the Director of Operations Procurement. In 2020, they briefly worked as the Purchasing Manager at HAIMER before joining Bayernwerk as the Head of Operational Purchasing. Currently, they are the Director of Product Management for Hand Tools at Hoffmann Group.

From 2009 to 2011, they attended Walter-Eucken-Schule Freiburg, where they obtained a degree in Bankkaufmann with a Zusatzqualifikation Finanzassistent, specializing in finance-related skills.

Following this, between 2011 and 2014, they enrolled at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Industrial Engineering.

Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Kai Zimmermann is studying at IU International University of Applied Sciences, working towards achieving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in General Management.
