Daniel Bowen Lss

Daniel Bowen MBA LSSBB currently serves as Plant Superintendent at Hoffmaster, overseeing Production Managers and their teams. With a robust background in manufacturing and continuous improvement, Daniel has excelled in roles such as Plant & Warehouse Manager at Carboline, where a Step-up Program for Operators was created, and Production & Continuous Improvement Manager at Nouryon, directing manufacturing activities across multiple units. As an Adjunct Professor at Lakeland University since 2009, Daniel teaches Production Operations Management, focusing on Lean Six Sigma principles. Daniel’s extensive experience also includes a 23-year tenure at OMNOVA Solutions in various production roles and service in the US Army as an M2A3 Bradley Turret Operator. Daniel holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lakeland University and an Associate Degree in Supervisory Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
