Lenka Rožnovská

Lenka Rožnovská is an Executive Assistant at Hofmann Personal Česká Republika since February 2019, responsible for supporting the Managing Director with high-level presentations and managing the company's GDPR agenda. Previously, Lenka served as a Project Assistant at Randstad Czech Republic, contributing to the implementation of a new internal recruitment system and focusing on GDPR compliance. With extensive experience at ManpowerGroup from 2005 to 2017, roles included Strategic Project Manager and Project Specialist, overseeing assigned projects, implementing digital strategies, and mentoring in sourcing techniques. Lenka also worked as a lecturer and PhD candidate at Masaryk University, teaching courses in business management and entrepreneurship. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Management and Economics from Masaryk University Brno.
