Laure Lopato

Laure Lopato is a seasoned water treatment specialist with extensive experience in optimizing water quality and treatment programs in drinking water treatment plants, currently working at HOFOR A/S since September 2013. Previous roles include Water Supply Engineer at Grontmij, focusing on rapid sand filters and implementation of microbiological testing, as well as a PhD student at the Technical University of Denmark, where research centered on rapid sand filters and diagnostic tool development. Laure's early career includes laboratory technician work at Rhodia and project conception with Engineers Without Borders France. Educational credentials include a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, and an engineering degree in Chemistry from ENSCL.
