Nicole Antipas has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and regulatory affairs. Nicole currently holds the position of VP Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Hofseth BioCare ASA since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Health Care Consultant from October 2020 to September 2022. Nicole also took a sabbatical year in 2019 to pursue other interests while working at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).

Nicole worked at Nestlé Health Science from January 2015 to September 2018 as a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, where they played a key role in shaping the regulatory environment for Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMPs) in emerging markets such as China and Brazil. Nicole also collaborated with various departments to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations, as well as managed post-launch and post-approval activities.

Prior to Nestlé, Nicole worked as a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist in France from January 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they not only provided business support and crisis management but also had direct advocacy activities, such as managing relationships with French authorities and representing France in the European association of clinical nutrition industries.

Additionally, Nicole worked as a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Nestlé Health Science HQ from July 2007 to December 2008, where they gained expertise in regulatory compliance and product cycle management.

Before entering the regulatory affairs field, Nicole worked as a Pharmacist at Pharmacie la Clef d'Arve from 2006 to 2007.

Prior to their MBA, Nicole obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, studying from 2007 to 2009. Nicole also holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Geneva, which was completed between 2001 and 2006.

In addition to these degrees, Nicole has further developed their skills through certificate programs. Nicole earned a Certificate in Clinical Trial Management and Regulatory Affairs from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in 2016. Nicole also completed a Leadership Program at the London Business School in 2015, enhancing their leadership abilities.

Nicole has also pursued additional educational opportunities to expand their language skills. In 2020 and 2021, they studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where they obtained the Greek Language A1-C1. This program was offered through the School of Modern Greek.
