Caitlin Sullivan

Caitlin Sullivan, M.S.Ed., currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Access Services at Hofstra University since March 2024, following a five-year tenure as Associate Director of the Student Access Office at Adelphi University. Caitlin has extensive experience in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504, focusing on facilitating student accommodations and services. Previous roles include patient liaison at Stony Brook Medicine, where Caitlin managed patient communication and care coordination, and accommodations manager at Hofstra University, overseeing accommodations for over 700 students. With a strong background in higher education, admissions, and English language instruction, Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Hofstra University and has worked across various educational and health service settings, emphasizing accessibility and student support.
