Richard Hayes

Richard Hayes currently serves as the Executive Director of the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Associate Professor at Hofstra University, a position held since September 2006, after progressing through roles as Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor. Additionally, Richard Hayes was the Pastor at Metropolitan Community United Methodist Church from July 2010 to June 2022. Prior academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at North Carolina Central University from September 2003 to May 2006. Richard Hayes holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Organizations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, a Master of Business Administration from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
