Tom Bowen

Tom Bowen is an accomplished soccer coach with extensive experience at both the collegiate and club levels. Currently serving as the Assistant Soccer Coach at Hofstra University since June 2023, Tom has also held positions at Long Island Soccer Club as Assistant Technical Director and Head Coach since August 2018. Previous roles include Head Coach for the Long Island Rough Riders from January 2021 to January 2024, where Tom led the team to the USL League Two National Championship Final in 2022 and achieved multiple conference championships. Additionally, Tom has contributed as an Assistant Men Soccer Coach at Iona College Athletics and Adelphi University, where Tom was part of the coaching staff that won the Northeast-10 Conference title in 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Physical Education from Adelphi University, an MBA from Long Island University, and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
