Donna Charmasson

Donna Charmasson serves as the Vice President of Accounting at Hogan Assessment Systems since October 2021. Prior to this role, Donna held positions including Accounting Manager at NGL Energy Partners LP from September 2018 to October 2021, and Owner of a CPA practice from October 2016 to October 2021. Donna's experience also includes serving as Controller at Caballo Energy LLC, Accounting Supervisor at Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent, and Staff Accountant at BKD CPAs & Advisors. Donna began as Office Manager at Bijou Telephone Co-op. Donna earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, complementing earlier education at Morgan Community College.
