Paul Tutty, MHCID, currently serves as Technology Solutions Manager at Hogan Assessment Systems since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior UX Engineer at Osage Nation from August 2009 to October 2022, where Paul built a UX research practice, integrated research into development processes, and developed a comprehensive design system, focusing on usability and accessibility for various applications. Previously, Paul held the position of IT Compliance Manager at Osage Nation, overseeing compliance in Indian gaming activities and conducting IT security audits. Paul’s early career in the British Army included roles as a pilot and Aviation IT Systems Operator. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from UC Irvine, a Postgraduate Certificate in International Liaison & Communication from the University of Westminster, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems, and ongoing education in User Experience. Paul is also engaged in community leadership through Leadership Tulsa.
