Michael Hogan

Mike was an engineer working in a related business before forming Hogan. Prior to that, Mike worked in the field of Quality Assurance and helped get several companies ISO 9000 certified. From these dealings, Mike gained a lot of experience with operational procedure writing and customer satisfaction assessments. In his tenure as President of Hogan, Mike has had several distinctions such as a reference for CRN Magazine, appointment to the Citrix PTEC (Partner Technology Expert Council), multiple appearances on the stage at Citrix Synergy as a referenced expert, as well as being contracted by Citrix to help rewrite the highest certification course they offer, the CCEE and delivering that course to its first students in Germany.
