Andreas von Falck

Andreas von Falck is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in intellectual property law, particularly in patent litigation. Currently, Andreas serves as the Leader of the Health & Lifestyle Industry Sector Group and is a Partner at Hogan Lovells, a position held since January 2000. In addition to leading the Patent Litigation practice, Andreas is a member of the International Management Committee. Prior to Hogan Lovells, Andreas was a Partner at von Falck & Tilmann from 1995 to 1999, focusing on IP litigation. Early in the career, Andreas completed a trainee program at Deutsche Bank from 1985 to 1991, gaining diverse experience across various locations. Academic credentials include a 1.
