Julian Flamant

Julian Flamant is a knowledgeable legal professional specializing in data, privacy, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells since March 2025, Flamant previously held the same role from September 2018 to June 2024, contributing to the firm's top-ranked Privacy and Cybersecurity group. In June 2024, Flamant launched Data Protection Counsel PLLC, an independent law practice in Washington, D.C., and also serves as faculty at the Future of Privacy Forum, leading trainings on U.S. privacy issues.
