Lydia Kaloeva

Lydia Kaloeva is an experienced Learning and Development professional, currently serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at Hogan Lovells since May 2025. Prior roles include Digital Learning Specialist at Memodo GmbH, Learning & Talent Development Specialist at Allianz, and Course Facilitator at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics, where Lydia conceptualized a 32-hour course on Field Work, Interviewing, and Media Literacy.
