Melissa Levine

Melissa Levine is a seasoned legal professional specializing in health information privacy. Currently a Partner at Hogan Lovells since 2013, Melissa previously served as Counsel focusing on health information privacy. Melissa's expertise in this field was further developed in the Privacy Information Management group at Hogan & Hartson, where an emphasis on HIPAA medical privacy/security and fraud and abuse was cultivated during time as an Associate from 2000 to 2007. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from 1998 to 2000. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University.
