Morten Petersenn

Morten Petersenn is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law at Hogan Lovells, where a partnership was attained in April 2010 after progressing from an attorney role starting in 2002. Morten has handled trademark disputes, unfair competition, copyright, design cases, and false advertising throughout a career dedicated to intellectual property. Since 2014, Morten has served as the head of the IPMT for Europe. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Göttingen and a First State Exam, along with studies at the University of Cape Town and Universidad de Salamanca.
