Sonia Pimm

Sonia Pimm is an experienced IT Learning Specialist at Hogan Lovells since July 2018, responsible for delivering IT Induction Training, providing floorwalking support, and assisting with helpdesk troubleshooting using ITSM (ServiceNow). Prior to this role, Sonia served as an HRIS Analyst and in Training/Learning and Development roles at Maitland from February 2007 to July 2018, where training for system rollouts and onsite sessions were key responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Training Consultant at Atos, a Contractor - LSP Consultant at BT, and a Senior Applications Consultant at Premier IT, all focused on training delivery and support. Sonia's freelance work as an IT Consultant involved training on Microsoft Office applications, particularly for special needs groups. Academically, Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Rhodes University and a Post-graduate Diploma in Primary Education from the University of Cape Town.
