Lyndel Lackey

Lyndel Lackey joined the HoganTaylor predecessor firm Hogan & Slovacek in July, 2004, after more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. His prior experience includes positions as controller and chief financial officer for various retail/service and distribution businesses, as well as serving tax clients in various public accounting firms in the state of Oklahoma. Since joining the firm, Lyndel’s areas of practice include tax compliance, planning, and small business consulting. Areas of industry practice include non-profit organizations and service businesses, as well as wholesale and retail distribution businesses. Lyndel, who provides nonprofit expertise to all three HoganTaylor offices, also leads the Oklahoma City office in the area of nonprofit tax compliance and consulting. He has serviced various types of exempt organizations, including trade associations, private colleges and universities, public university foundations, museums, food distribution organizations, and state chartered credit unions. In addition, Lyndel is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions practice, where he regularly provides tax compliance and consulting services for bank and credit union clients.
