Henrik Ager

Henrik Ager currently serves as Group President and CEO at Höganäs AB, the leading metal powder manufacturer, since October 2023. Previously, Ager was Chief Executive Officer at Copperstone Resources AB from January to October 2023 and held multiple leadership roles at Sandvik from April 2014 to January 2023, including President of Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology and Vice President of Strategy. Ager's experience also includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company as a Partner with a focus on telecoms and metals & mining, as well as positions at Ericsson and Cycore. Ager holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, completed between 1990 and 1994.
