Oscar Peña

Oscar Peña is the Co-Founder and CTO of Hogaru, a custom software development shop that specializes in developing Android and iOS apps, as well as desktop programs connected to the cloud. Prior to Hogaru, Oscar was the CEO and co-founder of TASU, a custom software development shop that served medical and educational companies, startups, and business productivity space. Oscar has over 10 years of experience in software development and computer programming.

Oscar Peña has a background in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering from Tohoku University. Oscar also has a Master of Engineering in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering from Tohoku University. In addition, they have a certification from Coursera in machine learning.

They are on a team with and Gonzalo Ucar Rodriguez - Co-Founder, COO & CMO. Oscar Peña reports to Matteo Cera, Co-Founder & CEO.
