Heidi Gilis is currently the Lead Researcher & Lector at Hogeschool PXL - Centre of Expertise PXL Construction & Industry. Their research focuses on sustainability, CSR, Lean in education, and management innovation. Heidi also has experience as a NLS Manager at Nike, where Heidi focuses on continuous improvement, team development, and strategic priorities. In the past, Heidi worked as an Assistant backoffice research at the University of Antwerp and as a LEAN transformation specialist at XIOS Hogeschool. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and has additional certifications in LEAN Black Belt and SIX SIGMA Green Belt.
