Audrey Kusters

Audrey Kusters is a professional in sports management and research, currently serving as a lecturer and researcher at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since August 2024. Kusters has extensive experience in various roles including supervisor at SportWays since May 2019, and researcher in sports policy at Mulier Instituut from January 2023 to August 2024, focusing on the monitoring and evaluation of the Sportakkoord II. Additional roles include event manager at Puur* Events and team captain at Meisjes met Smaak, alongside a background in research during an internship at NOC*NSF. Kusters holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an honours bachelor's in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam, and completed a global exchange program in Entrepreneurship at Singapore Management University. Previous experience includes positions in sales and hospitality.
