Eliane van Esch

Eliane van Esch is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR management and consultancy. Currently serving as an HR consultant for AIR Consultancy since April 2024, Eliane focuses on establishing HR foundations for a scale-up in the events industry while also teaching Human Resource Management at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since August 2022. Eliane's previous roles include HR Manager at Moba Group and SYSQA, where responsibilities spanned HR administration, recruitment, and organizational advice across various departments. Eliane has contributed to significant projects such as ISO 27001:2013 compliance and quality assurance systems at educational institutions. Eliane holds a Master of Science in Business Strategy from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, demonstrating a strong academic foundation complemented by hands-on expertise in HR practices.
