Esther M. Verboon

Esther M. Verboon currently serves as Directeur Onderwijs- & Onderzoeksbeleid at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences since May 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic policy and quality assurance in education and research. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of Directeur Instituut voor Recht at Hogeschool Utrecht from January 2008 to May 2022, overseeing various legal programs and innovation in education. Additional experience includes positions as Programmamanager Onderwijsinnovatie and Opleidingsmanager HBO Rechten at Hogeschool Utrecht, and membership on the Raad van Toezicht at Katholieke Scholengemeenschap De Breul. Esther earned a PhD from the University of Amsterdam in 2017, with research centered on client loyalty within the legal profession.
