Gerty Holla

Gerty Holla is a seasoned professional in the field of health and life sciences, currently serving as Lead Health at the Amsterdam Economic Board since October 2021. Gerty has held various significant roles, including Member of the Evaluation Committee for the NWO Take Off programs, which support innovative startups in life sciences and health. Gerty contributes as a Mentor at the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship and serves on the Programme Board of the Centre of Expertise Urban Vitality at Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Previous experience includes a senior investment-manager position at InnovationQuarter and board roles at companies such as Ncardia, Toxys, and MIMETAS. Gerty holds a Master's degree from the University of Groningen and has studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
