Japke Keesmaat

Japke Keesmaat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, leadership training, and talent management. Currently serving as the Chair of the Voor Werkende Ouders foundation since May 2025, Keesmaat also works as a Learning and Development Expert at Parks Amsterdam and as a Lecturer in HRM at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Over the years, Keesmaat has developed and implemented various training programs for organizations such as MSPS Groep B.V., UMC Utrecht, De Nederlandsche Bank, and the Rijksoverheid, focusing on effective leadership and personal development. Keesmaat holds a master's degree in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has pursued various qualifications in talent management and didactic skills.
