Larissa Katayeva

Larissa Katayeva is the founder of ALEMBIC Coaching & Training, where Larissa has been active since April 2010 as a coach, trainer, and consultant specializing in management development trainings. In addition, Larissa serves as a lecturer in Personal & Team Development and Co-Creative Entrepreneurship at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, contributing to various academic programs and supervising student internships and theses. Larissa previously held the role of Team Coach and Industry Expert at Team Academy until February 2023, and earlier established the Career Services department at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, formulating a comprehensive career management program. With a background in corporate strategy at Philips and experience in supplier relations and customer support, Larissa holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and certifications in integral coaching.
