Lilian Smits has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lilian started their career in 2010 as a Partner at PeoplePerspective, where they provided training, workshops, and coaching for personal growth. In 2011, they became an HR Consultant Outsourcing for Geldservice Nederland, a joint venture of three major Dutch banks. Lilian also worked as an HR Consultant Outsourcing for Avri, a public waste collector, and as an HR Consultant Outsourcing for T-Systems, where they dealt with clients like E.ON and FrieslandCampina.
