Lilian Smits

Lilian Smits has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lilian started their career in 2010 as a Partner at PeoplePerspective, where they provided training, workshops, and coaching for personal growth. In 2011, they became an HR Consultant Outsourcing for Geldservice Nederland, a joint venture of three major Dutch banks. Lilian also worked as an HR Consultant Outsourcing for Avri, a public waste collector, and as an HR Consultant Outsourcing for T-Systems, where they dealt with clients like E.ON and FrieslandCampina.

In 2012, Lilian joined Atos as an HR Consultant Outsourcing, supporting a large international IT outsourcing deal. Lilian then worked as a Lecturer at Hogeschool van Amsterdam from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they were a Contractor HR Projects at ING Nederland.

From 2014 onwards, Lilian focused on coaching and counseling, establishing their own practice called FocusOnMe Praktijk voor Coaching. Lilian Smits has a diverse education history. In 1988, they obtained a Drs (MA) degree in Linguistics from Tilburg University. Later, in 2002, they earned a PGO degree in Strategic HR Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2010, they pursued professional development in PGO Verandermanagement at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Additionally, in 2009, they completed a Practitioner program in Life Coaching for Professionals at Atma Instituut. More recently, in 2014, Lilian obtained a Senior Practitioner degree in Coaching from Alba Academie. In terms of certifications, they acquired "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in an undisclosed year.
