Lyske Gais de Bildt

Lyske Gais de Bildt is an experienced professional in design and education, currently serving as Head of Virtual Knitting at Knitwear Lab since March 2019. Additionally, Lyske Gais has been a teacher at Hogeschool van Amsterdam | Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences since December 2016, specializing in Practical Drawing Skills and Data Science, and is involved in the 'Building for Wellbeing' research project. As a freelance designer since March 2014, Lyske Gais specializes in various design tools including Photoshop, InDesign, and Vector Works. Previous roles include Assistant for the Vakopleiding Handboekbinden at Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht and Designer at OPERA Amsterdam, where contributions were made to large-scale museum interiors and exhibition designs. Lyske Gais holds a Master's Degree in Applied Arts from Sandberg Instituut and a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Architecture from Gerrit Rietveld Academie.
